These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including author collaboration programs, ambassador initiatives, and our online store. By accessing our website or participating in any of our programs, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase products, become an author, or participate in the OncoVanguard Ambassador Program. Minors may access our educational content only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Use of Website and Services
You agree to use our website and services in a lawful manner and in compliance with these Terms. You must not engage in activities that violate laws or regulations, infringe upon intellectual property rights, distribute harmful or offensive content, or attempt to compromise the security or proper functioning of our website.
Author Collaboration
Authors working with OncoVanguard Media™ must provide original content that does not violate the rights of any third party. They are expected to participate in the editing and production process in good faith and to grant OncoVanguard Media™ the rights necessary to publish, market, and distribute their work. Details of publishing fees, royalties, and rights will be outlined in a separate author agreement.
Ambassador Program
Ambassadors are expected to promote our books and educational materials honestly and ethically. Any promotional codes or discounts provided must be used according to program guidelines. Ambassadors must not represent themselves as employees or official agents of OncoVanguard Media™ unless expressly authorized. Program benefits, commissions, and recognition are described in separate ambassador guidelines.
Purchases and Payments
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required before any order is processed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. All sales are final unless a product is received in defective or damaged condition, in which case our refund policy applies.
Refunds and Returns
Refunds or replacements will only be provided for defective or damaged products and must be requested within seven days of receiving the order. Requests should be sent to ceo@oncovanguard.com and include proof of purchase along with photographs of the defect or damage.
Affiliate Disclosure
